Trace is 1 1/2 years old and weighs 60 pounds. When animal control found him, he was bleeding from being shot. Although the wounds were not life threatening, he had numerous pellets from a 12 gauge shotgun in his neck, ear and one that barely missed his eye. In spite of that, he is one of the happiest dogs you will ever meet. Because he is still very much a puppy, he will need an owner who is willing to train him and/or take him to an obedience class. He is a good dog, he is just young and needs some direction so he knows what he is supposed to do and not do. We are looking for a home that will give him the love and attention he craves and a place where he will be safe and loved for the rest of his life.

Holly is 4 to 5 years old and weighs approximately 50 pounds. Her owner can no longer keep Holly because of health problems so Holly needs a new home and a new family to love. Holly is a great dog and gets along well with children and other dogs. She rides well in the car, is very well behaved and is housebroken and knows how to use a doggy door. On top of all that, she has a quiet and loving personality. Holly is pretty much the perfect dog!

Leif is approximately 5 years old and weighs 75 pounds. Leif is a bit on the pudgy side and definitely needs to go on a diet, but don't let that fool you! Leif has a very playful side to him and loves to play with other dogs. He is a very well behaved dog and is good on leash. He ignored the cats he met, so he appears to be used to cats. Although he came from a shelter, he appears to be very well taken care of and we are surprised no one came to look for him when he got lost. Leif may not have the good looks of some other dogs, but he definitely has a great personality

Ricky is approximately 5 years old and weighs 55 pounds. Ricky is a liver spotted Dalmatian and is the best friend of Lucy, also a liver spotted Dalmatian. Ricky is a very happy, outgoing dog and is definitely the dog that Lucy depends on for support. So they need a home that will adopt both of them. If you are looking for a pair of beautiful liver spotted Dalmatians, you have just found them!

Lucy is approximately 5 years old and weighs 50 lbs. Lucy is a liver spotted Dalmatian and her best friend is Ricky, another liver spotted Dalmatian. When she is with Ricky, Lucy is very outgoing, but when she is separated from Ricky you can tell how much she depends on him as she is quite shy and reserved by herself, so they definitely need to be adopted together. These dogs were not altered when we got them from the shelter and poor Lucy looks like she has been bred over and over again. If you can offer these two a loving new home, please come and meet them.

Ella is 4 years old and weighs approximately 50 pounds. Ella ended up in a shelter and when we rescued her, she had the largest hernia our vet had ever seen. It is unbelievable that whoever owned her did not take care of this medical problem and allowed her to stay in that condition. But the hernia has now been fixed and Ella is ready for a new home. She is a very sweet and very loving dog and is looking for a new home where she will be taken care of and loved for the rest of her life, not neglected as she was in her past home. Ella is up-to-date with routine shots and spayed/neutered.

Emma is 11 years old and weighs 55 pounds. She has one brown eye and one blue eye. Poor Emma was brought to the shelter by her owners who could no longer keep her. In hopes that she would find a home, they left information that she is housebroken, great with people including children and is good with other dogs. She loves to ride in the car and has excellent manners and is good on leash. The only negative thing they said about her is that she will chase cats if she gets a chance! Since we have had Emma, we have found her to be one of the most loving dogs you will ever meet, if you sit down beside her, she tries to crawl into your lap and gives you kisses! This sweet girl is in excellent health and if you did not know her age, you would never guess that she is a senior! We are hopeful that someone will adopt this sweet girl and give her a home where she will be loved for the rest of her life and will not have to fear losing her family again.

Delta is 7 years old and weighs about 60 pounds. She weighs 60 pounds because she is overweight, not because she is a big dog! Delta is super sweet with an extremely calm and quiet personality. Delta is looking for a home who will be happy to have her and her gentle nature in their family. Whoever adopts Delta needs to make sure she gets plenty of walks and puts her on a diet so she can lose her excess weight. Delta is up-to-date with routine shots and spayed/neutered

Adriana is 10 years old and weighs approximately 40 pounds. She was picked up as a stray and no one ever came to the shelter to look for her, so we took her into rescue to find a new home for this sweetheart. Adriana is in great health for her age with the exception that sometimes her head tilts to one side which the vet said may have been from a small stroke. Other than that, this is the perfect dog. She is loving and gentle and loves other dogs and people. She is housebroken and is great going on car rides. If someone is willing to give this girl a place to live out the rest of their life, they will be rewarded with more love from this dog than anyone can imagine.

Jack is a 7 year old Dalmatian who now finds himself without a home or family as his family had to leave their house and could not take Jack with them. Jack is temporarily living at his home by himself till we can get a space to bring him to our rescue. Jack is a happy boy who is very affectionate and Jack has a lot of love to give to a new family.
